Is DTV Thailand legit?
A fair question. Check it yourself.
Visa services attract scams, so you should ask. Here is who we are, where we are registered, how your money moves, and what we will never ask you for. Every line below can be checked without taking our word for it.
Who is behind it
A registered French business, with a name on it.
DTV Thailand is the trade name of Martin Ferret, a French sole trader. The same details appear in our legal notice.

Where your money goes
Two payments, and only one of them is ours.
Our service fee
Paid to us, by card, through Stripe.
You pay our flat service fee at checkout, through Stripe. We never see your card number. That fee is the only money DTV Thailand ever receives from you.
The government fee
Paid by you, straight to the embassy.
You pay the government fee on your own card, on the official Thai e-Visa portal, thaievisa.go.th, at the moment you submit. It goes from your card to the embassy. We never touch it and never hold it.
You submit on your own account. The portal account is yours, the card is yours, the submit button is yours. We prepare the file and walk you through it. We never ask for your portal login.
Who answers you
A named person, not a support desk.
When you write in, you reach Martin Ferret. He reads your file and signs every reply. No ticket numbers, no anonymous team, no file passed along three times.
- Martin
What we will never do
Four things that should make you walk away. We do none of them.
- 01
Promise approval. The decision sits with the Royal Thai embassy or consulate, not with us. Anyone guaranteeing a DTV is bluffing.
- 02
Ask for your portal password. You submit on your own account. We do not need your login, and we will not ask for it.
- 03
Take your card details for the embassy fee. The government fee is paid on the official portal, on your card, by you.
- 04
Charge a “processing fee”. One flat service fee, shown before you pay. No admin surcharge appears later.
If something goes wrong
Written terms, French law, a real address.
Refunds, in writing
When you are refunded, and what happens if the embassy refuses, is set out in the FAQ and in the refunds section of our terms. Read them before you pay.
French law
Our terms are governed by French law. For clients in the European Union, EU consumer protection applies on top. See governing law.
EU data protection
Your documents are handled under the GDPR, from France. What we keep, for how long, and how to have it deleted is in the privacy policy.
Independent visa concierge, France-based. Not affiliated with the Royal Thai Government or any Thai embassy or consulate. We help, we do not guarantee outcomes - embassies do.
