I run DTV Thailand from France with a small team. Eligibility check, consulate routing, dossier preparation, walk-through on the e-Visa portal at submission - I read every file end-to-end and sign every reply. When a consulate requires a sworn translation, we commission it from an accredited translator file by file; nothing is held in-house speculatively.
Our approach is intentional. Visa work that costs $1,500 at a law firm and $200 in a Telegram channel sits in a gap a small careful team can fill, transparently. The reply you receive is signed, dated, and accountable to a named operator - not a ticketing system, not a junior account manager passing your file along three times.
Based in France, invoiced from France - meaning your engagement sits under French consumer protection and EU data regulation, with a real address and a real recourse path if anything goes wrong. The official Thai e-Visa portal is operated by the Royal Thai Government; we never run it for you - you submit on your own account, with your own card.

What we do not promise
Three things you will not get from us.
- A guaranteed approval. The decision sits with the Royal Thai consulate, not with us. Anyone offering a guarantee is bluffing.
- Legal or tax advice. We prepare visa dossiers. Tax residency, French CFE obligations, Thai accountancy - those sit with the right professionals, not with us.
- An on-call line. Email is the default channel, with a 24-hour reply ceiling (CET working hours). A WhatsApp thread opens for The File submission window (≈15 min on the portal) and closes when you press submit. No real-time chat outside that.
